First league game on Saturday, below is the 1st team squad for the game. I need every player to tell me if they are available or not, the same as last week, via WhatsApp, phone call, Facebook whatever, just make sure you tell me. If I don’t hear from you by Friday afternoon, then I will replace you in the squad with someone else. The days of babysitting players are gone and I have no problem in dropping captains, senior players, anyone if you’re not going to do something as simple as replying to say if you are there or not.

Moving on, this squad could easily be 22 players at least, but 16 will be named as normal, as training and commitment has been really good so far, we need it to continue. The squad will change week after week due to performance, holidays, injuries, work etc, so it’s up to you guys to keep/get yourselves in the squad.

We have a new kick off time of 2.30pm until October. We will be meeting at the club for 12.30 and going up in cars. If you are going straight to the ground then be there for 1.15 and tell me if you are doing that so we are not waiting around at the club.
